This half day workshop is for those who want to learn how to help themselves heal using Reiki, plus complementary techniques to take their healing to the next level.
This workshop combines a Level I Reiki foundation with meditation, breathing techniques and affirmations all specifically designed to enhance your self-healing ability. During this workshop you will receive the ability to channel Reiki energy and learn:
- How to use Reiki to help with physical issues
- How to use Reiki to help with mental and emotional issues
- How to use Reiki to help create positive outcomes
- How to perform Reiki on immediate family members (including pets)
- How to strengthen your aura
- How to balance your chakras
- How to create powerful healing affirmations
- How to pull this all together and fit it into your daily routine
Class size is kept small, with a maximum class size of 6 people to ensure lots of one-on-one attention from the Reiki Master. At the completion of this class, you will earn your Reiki Level I certificate, and be ready to practice Reiki on yourself and your immediate family members.
